The house is much better than you can see on the pictures. The 3 2-persoon rooms are big and as an extra a room with a bed for 1 person. The house is situated about 3 minutes walk to the beach and 10 minutes to the centre of Ibiza town. We have had there a lovely time. Own parking place in the garage under the house which is very nice as the free parking places are full and the others you have to pay for during the whole day. A lot of good restaurants and coffee bars in the near neighborhood. Supermarkets nearby. Definitely not the last time we were here!

We stayed at this wonderfully located villa for 2 weeks in August 2011. Ideal location, a genuine 5 mins to the beach and 10 mins to old town.(hot weather and walking slowly) Shops restaurants virtually on ones doorstep. The pool and outside areas work extremely well, many late lunches had at the bbq area. Pool well lit so magnificent for late night swims too.From pool to cool air conditioned house through out makes ones sleep well.No car needed but if so, a great place literally round the corner. The whole experience was enhanced by a responsive, attentive manager. The most hospitable and kind person that I have met, cannot praise her enough! Thank you.

This is a fabulous villa in a fabulous location. Complete privacy, yet right in the thick of the action with Ibiza Town a short stroll away. I would recomend this villa to all of my friends.

We stayed at this fantastic house in June and couldn't praise it enough. Lovely spacious accomodation and the most amazing pool and terrace area. It has such character and is hidden away and very private. Outside it is a very busy area and yet you feel you could be out in the country when you step inside. It is very near to the most wonderful market where you can buy fresh food daily and only minutes away from some of the best beaches on the island. You can walk into Ibiza town in the evenings without the hassle of driving and having to search for a parking space!.
We loved it and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it as a great place to stay.

We have stayed at this house so many times and it is just THE best place to stay for enjoying Ibiza Town, Cala Jondal, Formentera and all the great things on that side of the island. Will definitely be back!

We stayed in the apartment this September ....what can I say ...SUPERB !! its so hard to find good quality so close to town but this ticks all the boxes. I would not hesitate to book again next time I am in IBIZA.

This house is perfectly located within walking distance from the city center and from the beach. We had a very good time there, and the service was impecable. I would recommend this house to any of my friends.

If you watch X factor this is the " Wow-I love you" place.The entrance is quirky with a "Oh my word" when you open the entance door , with a louder "Oh, Ahh, OOOOO, oh my god-fab " when you go in. Fab pool and terrace,and BBQ area which felt so so much like luxery@home,loved the place,wanna be there now. Felt I lived and relaxed there. Tons of space . Aircon and practical stuff was all truely truely lovely.XXXX

This house is much nicer and more spacious than it appears in the photos. well decorated and 5mins walking distance to ibiza town. 2 mins from beach and shops. We loved everything , decoration, swimming pool and the lovely patio for al fresco eating..

Excelente casa con ambientes grandes, Todo muy prolijo y muy bien equpada, con una pileta y parrillero barbaro... Muy buena opcion de alquiler .

Impresionante casa ibicenca en un entorno inmejorable, a 5 minutos de la playa de Figueretes y 5-10 minutos del puerto de Ibiza. Casa cuidada al detalle, donde prima sin duda la piscina con su zona zen y solarium que hace que la sensación de verano sea completa y haga que uno apenas quiera entrar en la casa salvo para dormir. 100% recomendable. Las personas que gestionan el inmbueble simplemente Chapeau.

Es la casa perfecta para pasar unos días inolvidables!! Es una casa preciosa, con mucho diseño y encanto. La terraza en impresionante!!! con jardín alrededor de la casa, con piscina, zonas para tomar el sol o para estar a la sombra y también una barbacoa fantástica!!! Qué más se puede pedir!!?? Además está muy céntrica, lo tienes todo a mano: la playa, las tiendas, el puerto.....
Recomendable en todos los sentidos.
Fantásticos los días que pasé allí. :)

Una casa espectacular, única en Ibiza, muy cercana al puerto y a la playa y por ser casa, diferente a todas las viviendas del entorno que son apartamentos. Cuatro habitaciones, una barbacoa y una piscina que muchos días hicieron que no quisiéramos salir a ver la isla.
Los propietarios estuvieron atentísimos y si podemos repetiremos el año que viene.

Fueron cinco días estupendos en la casa ! Situada en el centro de Ibiza, parece imposible que
exista una casa con barbacoa, piscina, espacio de sobras y todo tan bien cuidado en medio de la ciudad. El trato y las facilidades fueron estupendas por parte del propietario. El aire acondicionado en cada habitación es muy de agradecer sobre todo en para nosotros que estuvimos en Agosto. La recomiendo en todos los aspectos!"

Ambiente de pueblo de ibiza
Emplazamiento de ciudad.
Mestizage ibicento. Limpio, correcto, aire acondicionado en toda la casa, piscina + barbacoa para disfrutar de alguna fiesta ibicenca sin ser molestado ni necesidad de conducir. Recomendable. Aparcamiento dificil.
Lo recomiendo.Apoyo logistico excelente
Ideal para 6 personas con mucho espacio

La casa es fantástica, es la segunda vez que vamos, estuvimos allí dos parejas en mayo y a finales de agosto. Está muy cerca del centro. Llegas andando desde el puerto y no tienes que coger ni un taxi en toda la estancia. Está muy cerca de la estación de autobuses y del puerto, además tienes la playa a 400 metros.
Desde que llegas allí los problemas se olvidan, tiene una magia especial. La casa es preciosa muy bien decorada, y muy cómoda. Con la piscina y la barbacoa es un lujo en pleno centro de Ibiza. Reconozco que nos perdimos muchas cosas por que no queríamos salir de la casa. La recomiento especialmente, cuando has ido allí ya no quieres ir a otro sitio.

Exquisito - nos hemos alojado en esta casa tres veces y realmente es una joya!! impectable, lujoso, y regresaremos en septiembre.
Facil de ir caminando a playa talamanca y tambien a ibiza town por la noche.
Terraza fabulosa de dia y de noche! :)
